The Levi and Salomon families come from a background of wealth, assets, and business management. From that experience came the understanding that drives us: you deserve professional partners who live and breathe real estate and know how to deliver service of the highest standard, focused on real savings in money, time and hassle.
Line Levi
39 years of experience in business, finance, and real estate. An economist, graduate of real estate appraisal studies, and a mortgage advisor, Line has guided over 50 cases and has deep relationships with all the leading banks.
A serial entrepreneur who has founded seven companies across real estate, hospitality, and retail. At MKOR, she guides families and businesses through the most significant financing, mortgage, and real estate decisions of their lives.
Michael Lavie Salomon
Over a decade of experience in real estate and investment. He serves as Vice President of a family real estate office, responsible for the acquisition, negotiation, and management of commercial and residential properties. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Reichman University and is a graduate of the University of Haifa's mortgage advisory course.
He served as a Senior Vice President at an international technology investment fund and led investments totaling NIS 25M. Today, he guides families and businesses through the most significant financing, mortgage, and real estate decisions of their lives.
Kobi Levi
15 years of experience in business and real estate. A real estate advisor and licensed broker, Kobi brings deep market knowledge and extensive experience working with municipal authorities.
He is a certified construction supervisor by the Real Estate Center, Netanya. He has served as CEO, leading business development at real estate firms while managing retail chains, procurement, logistics, and imports. At MKOR, he guides families and businesses through their real estate deals, from sourcing to closing.

Handles the legal and valuation side of a transaction: real estate counsel, complex deals and urban renewal.
Licensed as an advocate, a real estate appraiser and a broker, with three honours degrees from the University of Haifa in law and in real estate management and appraisal. Prepares valuations for the courts, for receivers and for banks.
Looks after the work on site: construction and renovation across buildings, apartments and commercial properties.
Trained in construction supervision and project management at the Israeli Building Center, with a bachelor's degree in crisis, emergency and cyber management from Bar-Ilan University, and a further background in close protection, investigation and emergency medicine.
Guides buyers and investors in Haifa, from the first search to the key.
10 years as an investor and advisor in the Haifa property market. He holds a master's degree in economics and business administration from the University of Haifa.

Four years in marketing and administration, trained in interior design at the External Studies Unit and in SEO and marketing at HackerU.
