MKOR respects the privacy of those who contact us and treats safeguarding personal information as an inseparable part of the trust at the heart of the service. This policy describes what data is collected through the website, why it is used, to whom it may be disclosed, and what your rights are. It is written in the spirit of Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, which took effect in August 2025.

What Information We Collect
We collect information in the following cases:
- Information you provide voluntarily - name, phone, email address and the content of your inquiry, via the contact form or when booking a meeting.
- Mortgage calculator data - financial figures you enter (property value, equity, income, etc.). These are processed in your browser to display the estimate and are not stored by us unless you choose to send the summary.
- Technical information - basic usage data such as browser and device type, online identifiers and IP address, collected for operation, security and improvement of the site.
Purposes of Use and Basis for Processing
The information is used to make contact and respond to inquiries, to provide and tailor the service, and to improve the site. Processing is carried out with your consent, given when you submit your details. Providing the information is not a legal obligation, but without it we cannot contact you or provide the requested service. We do not use the information for marketing without separate, explicit consent.
Cookies and Third-Party Tools
The site uses cookies essential to its operation and to save preferences (such as language, accessibility settings and calculator data). When you make contact or book a meeting, third-party services may be used, such as a scheduling calendar, WhatsApp and email services, which are subject to their own privacy policies. You can block cookies through your browser settings, though this may impair some features.
Storage and Data Security
Information is stored using reasonable and accepted measures to protect it against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and for the period required for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. At the end of that period the information is deleted or anonymized.

- request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or not up to date;
- request deletion of information when it is no longer needed or there is no legal basis to retain it;
- ask not to be contacted for marketing purposes.
